Consultation and deposit rules
Initial free consultation held via telephone – to discuss your wishes, answer any questions, and check your suitability for treatment. No obligation to book.
If necessary, a further face to face consultation is arranged (eg: for prescription appointments or to further assess suitability for treatment).
This requires a £15 deposit which is fully refundable once you have attended, or can be used against any future treatment. If you do not attend then the £15 is retained.
Following sufficient consultation (dependent on the treatment required), a 50% deposit is then required to secure your clinic appointment time. The remaining is due before or on the day of your treatment day.
If you are unable to pay straight away, your appointment slot will be held for you for 24 hours, after which time it can be taken by other clients.
Follow up reviews are arranged where necessary at no extra charge.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. After which time your deposit will not be refunded - this is to account for lost time and multiple costs/overheads.
*Act of God* Finesse Aesthetics does not issue refunds for Acts of God. An Act of God is defined as an event outside of human control such as sudden floods / natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible. This also includes weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods etc.
If a Finesse Aesthetics clinic is cancelled due to an Act of God, then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the customer as a result of this cancelled clinic, however Finesse Aesthetics will make all reasonable efforts to replace a cancelled clinic by arranging an alternative date ASAP.
